1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Organization And Conducting 4 Cycles Of Competence Training (In A Remote Form) In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of 30 March 2020 On Training For Employees Of The Social Services Center (Journal Of Laws, Item 664) For Employees Of The Centers Social Assistance And Social Service Centers From The Province Lubuskie. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Synergy Effect-Coordination Of Lubuskie Social Incorporation, Measure 04.13 High-Quality Social Social System Under Fers 2021-2027 Co-Financed By Esf Plus, As Part Of The Type Of Project. Rops Activities In The Field Of Social Services, Social Assistance, Es And Active Integration, For Social Inclusion, Implemented At The Provincial Level. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes 4 Cycles Of Competence Training (In Remote Form) For Employees Of Social Assistance Centers And Social Service Centers (A Total Of 676H In 3 Modules, Each Module In 4 Cycles) In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of 30 March 2020 On Training For Training For Employees Of The Social Service Center (Journal Of Laws Item 664) Including: 1) 4 Training In The Field Of Management And Organization Of Social Services (Module I), 60H/ One Training. In 4 Cycles In Total: 240 H.2) 4 Training In The Development And Implementation Of Individual Social Services Plans (Module Ii), In The Dimension Of 52H/One Training. In 4 Cycles In Total 208 H.3) 4 Training In The Organization Of The Local Community (Module Iii) In The Dimension Of 57H/One Training. In 4 Cycles In Total: 228 H.4. Place Of Training: Lubuskie Voivodeship - Online Form, Training In Remote Form5. Participants: The Training Includes A Total Of 112 People, I.E. 12 Groups (4 Cycles X 3 Modules). 6. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Completed From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To December 15, 2025. 7. The Subject Of The Contract Is Not Divided Into Parts. 8. The Contracting Authority Requires The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Participation Of At Least 1 Disabled Person Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 27 August 1997 On Vocational And Social Rehabilitation And Employment Of Disabled People, And Employing That Person Under An Employment Contract Or A Civil Law Contract For The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Contract, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. Details Of The Requirements Were Included In Point Xv Swz.9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex 1 To Swz.10. The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer. 11.
