Expression of Interest are invited for Providing Capacity Building to Newly Producer Organizations (POs) and Support Existing POs Region #3. Service Provider for Capacity Building of the Newly Registered Producer Organizations (POs) and Support to the Existing Producer Organizations-Regional #3 The objectives of the assignment are (1) to develop a methodology for assisting existing and newly formed POs to reach the Graduated PO status that will qualify them to receive financial assistance under Component 1 of ASPIRE-AT, and (2) to apply, demonstrate, improve, and document the methodology used in in Region 3 which consists of 7 provinces: Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Kandal, Takeo, Kampot, Shihaknouk Vile and Kampung Speu Province.
