Evidence of Past Experience in a similar/relevant work (Dry food supply, foods packs etc) - LPOs/Contracts, etc. 12. Currency: US Dollars. 13. Payments terms: 100% payment after successful delivery and payment will be made within 1 month of delivery of items 14. Completeness of documentations: Partial bids will not be accepted. 15. Language: English. 16. Bids: Bids should be submitted on the RFQ signed and fully stamped. 17. Evaluations of Quotations: Only responsive bidders to the technical specifications of the bid will be evaluated. 18. Award of a Purchase Order/Contract: PO/Contract will be awarded to lowest acceptable priced technically qualified bidder.
