Valid Commercial License from relevant federal government ministry and Banadir administration 10. Tax Clearance from the Ministry of Finance Federal Government of Somalia 11. Evidence of Past Experience in a similar/relevant work (Dry food supply, foods packs etc) - LPOs/Contracts, etc. 12. Currency: US Dollars. 13. Payments terms: 100% payment after successful delivery and payment will be made within 1 month of delivery of items 14. Completeness of documentations: Partial bids will not be accepted. 15.
