Proposals will be evaluated for the entire tender. Proposals for any quantity that is less than that specified in the said tender will not be considered. 2. The validity period of the proposals must be 90 days, that is, until June 20, 2025. 3. Proposals must be delivered to the address indicated below by 10:00 a.m. on March 20, 2025, when they will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to be present. 6. The competition will be governed by the Regulation for the Contracting of Public Works Contracts, Supply of Goods and Provision of Services to the State, approved by Decree No. 79/2022, of December 30, in conjunction with the procedures of the World Bank.
