The Contracting Authority Orders And The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Task Entitled Development Of A General Plan For The Wierzbica Commune, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act Of 27.03.2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft Plan General Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Excerpts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758) And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of The General Plan. 2. The Scope Of Activities To Be Carried Out On The Contractors Side In Relation To The Preparation Of The General Plan Includes: 1) Urban Inventory And Assessment Of The Existing Development State.
