The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Piła Poviat And Organizational Units In The Planned Amount Of 532.00 Mwh From April 1, 2025 To December 31, 2026 For Electricity Consumption Points Indicated In Annex 4 To Swz. Electricity Consumption Is A Declared And Estimated Size Used Only To Calculate The Price Of The Offer, Comparison Of Submitted Offers And Selecting The Contractor. 3. The Contracting Authority Informs That All Electricity Consumption Points Specified In Annex 4 To Swz Have: - Comprehensive Contracts For The Supply And Distribution Of Electricity From Tauron Sales Sp.Z O.O. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Active Energy In Accordance With Applicable Qualitative Standards For The Service Of Recipients Specified In Executive Files Issued On The Basis Of The Energy Law. 5. For The Indicated Point, The Employer Has A Prosumer Status. The Contractor Undertakes To Settle Excess Energy As A Producer Deposit. The Contractor Is Obliged For Trade Balancing For Electricity Sold Under The Order. 7. The Contractor Should Have Current Contracts With The Osd Distribution System Operator, I.E. Subject Of The Order - Supply Of Electricity - Has Specific Quality Standards, While The Price For Electricity Does Not Affect The Quality Of Delivery.
