Financial Resources The Bidder must Demonstrate that its Financial Resources Defined in Fin - 3, Less its Financial Obligations for its Current Contract Commitments Defined in FIN - 4, meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of: Pakyong (Lot - 3) For sole bidder must meet or exceed INR 73.00 Million (7.30 Cr) For JV: One Partner must meet or exceed INR 29.00 Million (INR 2.90 Cr) For JV: Each Partner must meet or exceed INR 18.00 Million (INR 1.80 Cr) The combined financial resources of the JV must be INR 73.00 Million (INR 7.30 Cr) Contracts of Similar Size and Nature Participation, as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been satisfactorily and substantially1 completed within the last Seven (7) years and that is similar to the proposed contract, where the value of the Bidders participation exceeds; For Pakyong (Lot 3): INR 524.00 Million (INR 52.40 Cr) Open competitive bidding National advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADBs Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document. The Bidders will pay a nonrefundable Bid Document fee of INR 25,000/- + GST (Indian Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only + GST= Total INR 29,500/-) Bids must be submitted online on https://sikkimtender.gov.in from 11 March 2025, 03:00 PM (IST) onwards, until 18 March 2025 up to 03:00 PM (IST) and the Technical Part of the bids will be opened publicly online on the same day, 18 March 2025 at 03:30 PM (IST).
