Scope Of Work:Ardrossan Jr Sr High - Mechanical & Controls Upgrade.1 Verification And Investigation Of Existing Hydronic Pipe Routing And Sizes..2 Drain, Cut, Cap, Purge Make- Safe Existing Hydronic Piping..3 Demolition Of Existing Hydronic Piping And Fittings As Shown. Provide Pre-Demolition Flowmeasurements Of All Reheat Coils..4 Disposal Of All Demolished Materials, Fittings, Equipment, Etc. Including Binds, Transportation, Permits And Fees..5 Provide New Electronic 3- Way Control Valves, Ball Isolation/Strainer Combination Valves At All Re-Heat Coil Locations..6 Replace Hard Piped Re-Heat Coil Connections With Unions And Flexible Hose Connections..7 Replace Air Vents For Each Re-Heat Coil..8 Add Low Point Drain At Each Re-Heat Coil..9 Provide Additional Union And Isolation Valves Around Control Valve Of Each Re-Heat Coil..10 Supply And Install New Control Points & Bmcs Integration..11 The Owner Has Allowed For And Will Pay For A Total Of Four (4) Business Days (Excludingweekdays) Of Air Monitoring For The Hazardous Material Abatement. The Successful Contractor Will Be Required To Coordinate With The Owner’S Air Monitoring Company For Dates And Times.
