1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Second Stage Of Works Selected From The Comprehensive Documentation Of The Pro-Jewel Investment Reconstruction Of The Building Of The School Complex In Złoty Stok To The Multifunctional Bundle, Including:  Demolition Works, Including Demolition Of Walls, Reinforced And Disturbed Concrete Constructions, Stairs, Balustrades , Tin Supply Channels, Floors, Forging Of Frames And Bars Window,  Reinforced Concrete Robots - Masonry Including Partition Walls, Elevator Shaft, Stairs, Complement/Strengthening Of Ceilings, Pillars, Beams, Walls And Their Armament, Execution Of Lintels And Screeds, Execution Of External Stairs, Technical Bridge On The Roof,  Finishing Works In Including Fire Protection, Basement Under The Basement And Ceiling Above The Basement, Ventilation Cutting Flaps, External Door Joinery. 2) The Details Contain The Following Documents: Design Documentation, Preliminary Eta-Pu Ii, Technical Specification And Receipt Of The Works Of Stage Ii. 3) The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works, With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, Applicable Regulations, Standards, Arrangements, Including Fire Protection, With Investigations Of The Investor And To Hand Over The Subject Of The Contracting Authority, Within The Agreed Time. 4) The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Completed In Accordance With As At The Day Of Final Reception, The Provisions And Standards, In Particular With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And On The Conditions Set In The Contract. 5) Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract:- Province: Dolnośląskie- Poviat: Ząbkowicki- Commune: Złoty Stok- Registration District: Złoty Stok- Numbers Records Of Plots: 345/1, 345/2 Tower: Due To The Stage Of Subsequent Parts Of The Investment, Under Ii The Stage Should Be Set Finishing Levels On Each Floor.
