Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Regnów Commune

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of A Draft General Plan Of The Regnów Commune, Called The Plan (Along With The Entire Planning Procedure And Preparation Of The Draft Resolution Together With The Necessary Attachments) In The Manner And Within The Time Limits Specified In The Schedule Of Work Constituting Annex 1 To The Contract With The Contractor (The Contract Template Is Annex 5 To Swz). 2. The Plan Being The Subject Of This Contract Should Be Made In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Urban Knowledge And Applicable Law, Including In Particular: A) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 . A Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Excerpts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), C) By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112), D) In Accordance With The Provisions Resolution No. V/24/24 Of The Regn Municipal Council Of 25.09.2024 On Joining The General Plan Of The Regnów Commune (Resolution Is Annex 10 To Swz), E) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Employer During The Performance Of The Contract And Current Court Rulings Regarding Spatial Development, F) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Are Referred To By The Subject Of The Contract, Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads 3. As Part Of The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform In Particular The Following: 1) Drawing Up A General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), And In In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13G, 13I, 13J, 13K, 13M, Which Entered Into Force On September 24, 2023 As Well As Executive Provisions To This Act, Including: A) Substantive Preparation Of The Formal And Formal Documents -Legal (Required By Law, Notifications, Notifications, Announcements And Announcements: About The Accession To The Development Of The Plan, About The Accession To Public Consultations On The Draft Plan And Other Necessary As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Messages Regarding The Development Of A Draft Plan, Statements Of Opinion And Arrangements, And To Cooperate In Conducting The Procedure And Documentation Of Planning Works; B) Preparation Of Materials And Letters In Order To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, Including Municipal Urban And Architectural Commission, According To The Distribution Indicated By The Contractor; C) Introduction Of Any Changes Resulting From Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure To The Necessary Extent, If Necessary, If Necessary, Preparing The Content Of Complaints
