The Quantities In The Technical Specification Are Forecast And Do Not Give Rise To Obligations To The Contracting Authority To Commission Them In The Estimated Volume. The Actual Implementation Of The Public Procurement Is Determined On The Basis Of Patient Admission And The Prognosis Of Sbalhz Ead For The Laboratory Consumables Required By The Medical Establishment. The Procedure Includes 138 Nomenclatures (Nomenclature Units). The Dsp Period Is 24 (Twenty -Four) Months. Dsp Is Held In Two Stages: First Stage - Collection Of Applications For Participation.
