Expression of Interest For Cash Facilitation Services

Expression of Interest are invited for Cash Facilitation Services / Cash Transfer Services in Iraq and Northeast Syria. International Medical Corps (IMC), international humanitarian organization is seeking qualified companies who are licensed to legally conduct Cash facilitation services / cash transfer services in Iraq and Northeast Syria, to submit their Expression of Interest to all the following services in the listed locations. Delivery of cash to our field offices in Iraq (Bagdad, Erbil, Dohuk), Delivery of cash to our field offices in Northeast Syria (Raqqa, Kobane Area, Deir er Zour, Hassakeh), Payment of allowances / salaries to our field-based staff, and Payment of cash to IMC vendors. Companies should submit their Expression of Interest, in English language, supported with a capacity statement outlining experience in delivering of said services. Please include the following information: Official Company registration documents accompanied with English translations. Tax Compliance valid for the year 2025. Copy of passport/ID of company owner(s). List of References and their Contacts (Should be not older than 2022) Valid License for Cash Distribution, from Central bank.
