Qualification requirements The following requirements are expected from the consultant (or from the team leader): Education Masters degree in engineering food science studies, environmental studies, , Climate Change studies, Circular Economics studies or another relevant field is required. Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in one of the following topics: circle economy, agri-food loss development and policies in ASEAN countries, etc.. Good knowledge of valorisation strategies and circular economy practices Experience in working in Cambodia and/or knowledge of the regions context is required Evaluation criteria Quality of the offer (detailed methodology demonstrating understanding of the ToR): 30%.
