1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of The General Plan Of The Lipka Commune With The Conduct Of The Entire Planning Procedure, In Accordance With The Principles Of Contemporary Urban Knowledge And Applicable Law, Including In Particular: 1) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development ( Dz. On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112), 3) By Resolution No. Iv/22/2024 Of The Commune Council In Lipka Of June 28, 2024 Regarding The Commencement Of The General Plan Of The Lipka Commune, 4) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Performance Of The Contract And The Current One Court Rulings Regarding Spatial Development, 5) Other Provisions Arising From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Are Referred To The Subject Of The Contract, Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads, 6) By The Act Of March 8, 1990 On Municipal Self -Government (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1465). 2. Details The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractors Obligations And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Is Included In Annex 8 To Swz - Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
