3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) As Part Of Comprehensive Preparation And Conduct As A Representative Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Will Prepare And Conduct 10 Proceedings For Public Procurement As Part Of The Co -Financing Project Entitled National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increased Immunity; Investment A2.4.1 Investments In The Expansion Of The Research Potential: A) 5 Proceedings With A Value Exceeding The Value Of 221,000.00 Eur Eur Each With A Value Exceeding The Value Of Pln 130,000.00 Each To The So -Called Eu Thresholds2) Proceedings Will Apply To Supplies And Construction Works.3) Proceedings, Depending On Their Value, Will Be Conducted In An Open Tender Mode Or In Basic Mode Without Negotiations. 4) Under The Abovementioned Services, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All The Activities Necessary For Comprehensive Preparation And Conduct Of The Proceedings, In Particular To: A) The Appointment Of A Tender Committee (If Required By Regulations), The Composition Of Which Will Be Determined Taking Into Account Persons With Relevant Experience Required In These Proceedings (At Least At Least In The Scope Of The Chairman And Secretary), B) Verification In Terms Of Compliance With The Pzp Act, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Drawn Up By The Ordering Party, Except That The Contractor Provides The Necessary Explanations Or Instructions By Cooperating Directly With The Employees Of The Ordering Party Authorized For Substantive Preparation Of Opz.Opz Will Be Subject To Verification By The Contractor In The Field Of Formal Compliance With The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Will Verify Whether The Description Of The Order (Technical Description) Ensures Competitiveness From The Market Point Of View. The Contractor Provides The Correct And In Line With The Regulations, The Formulation Of The Opz And In This Respect Works Closely With The Subsidan Association Of The Ordering Party. Conditions For Participation In The Procedure And The Criteria For Assessing The Offers Presented By The Contracting Authority Will Be Verified By The Contractor In Terms Of Formal Compliance With Pzp, The Verification Will Concern The Proportionality Of The Requirements For The Scope Of The Contract.
