Tenders are invited for Design Build Three Transit Hubs Cum Community Complex (THCCs) in Rangpo. The Bidders will pay a nonrefundable Bid Document fee of INR 25,000/- + GST (Indian Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only + GST= Total INR 29,500/-) Financial Resources The Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources defined in FIN - 3, less its financial obligations for its current contract commitments defined in FIN - 4, meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of: Rangpo (Lot - 1) For sole bidder must meet or exceed INR 75.00 Million (7.50 Cr) For JV: One Partner must meet or exceed INR 30.00 Million (INR 3.00 Cr) For JV: Each Partner must meet or exceed INR 19.00 Million (INR 1.90 Cr) The combined financial resources of the JV must be INR 75.00 Million (INR 7.50 Cr) Contracts of Similar Size and Nature Participation, as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been satisfactorily and substantially1 completed within the last Seven (7) years and that is similar to the proposed contract, where the value of the Bidders participation exceeds; 1. For Rangpo (Lot 1): INR 539.00 Million (INR 53.90 Cr) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the Bidding Document and shall have to be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the bid.
