Construction Work For Bridges-Dbfm Project “Movable Artworks”. With A View To The Realization Of The Beweegbare Kunstwerken Project, De Vlaamse Waterweg Nv Will Enter Into A Dbfm Agreement With The Project Company (Spv-Dbfm). This Selection Guide Is Part Of The Appointment Of A Private Partner For This Purpose. The Current Setup Is That The Spv-Dbfm Will Be Responsible For The Design, Construction, And Financing Of The Project And Its Maintenance In Principle For A Period Of 30 Years From The Completion Of The Construction Phase. Appendix 1 Contains Further Information About This Project. Candidates Are Informed That The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Also Issue Separate Contracts For Works To Realize Certain Aspects Of The Aforementioned Project. In Addition, The Contracting Authority Also Reserves The Right To Integrate Related (But Incidental) Assignments For De Werkvennootschap, De Vlaamse Waterweg Nv, And/Or Other Parties Into The Assignment. Candidates Are Already Informed That The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Modify This Setup, Among Other Things, Based On Evolving Insights And/Or Changed Circumstances. Thus, It Is Possible That The Aforementioned Project Or One Or More Parts Of The Project Will Be Realized In Whole Or In Part Through One Or More Traditional Public Contracts.
