1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Renovation Of The Ground Floor In The Office Building Of The Museum Of Folk Construction - Ethnographic Park In Olsztynek At Ul. Leśna 23 Covering In Particular: 1) Demolition And Disassembly Works, 2) Building Of Partition Walls Made Of Plasterboard, 3) Execution Of Single-Layer Suspended Ceilings, 4) Making Brick Partitions, 5) Flooring, 6) Painting Walls And Ceilings, 7) Installation Of Interior Doors, 8) Installation Of Glazed Sliding Doors, 9) Installation Of Sanitary Facilities With Accessories, 10) Electrical Work, 11) Hydraulic Work And The Implementation Of Heating Installation. 2. The Contracting Authority Has Materials Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order Such As Skirting Boards, Wall And Floor Tiles, Panels And Floor Sleepers That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor After Signing The Contract. The List Of All Materials That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor Is In Annex 5.25 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. These Materials Should Not Be Included In The Price Of The Offer. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Use Of Materials Transferred By The Contracting Authority, Was Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7.1-7.3 To Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Was Taken Into Account By The Contracting Authority Of The Materials Indicated In Annex 5.25 To Swz.4. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract To The Extent Specified In The Bill Of Quantities In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) - Annexes No. 5.1 - 5.25 And 6 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Has Also An Auxiliary Presentation Of The Target Appearance Of The Office Space On The Ground Floor Constituting Annex 8 To Swz, With An Illustrative Material That Does Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 103 Pzp.5. The Scope Of Works Covered By Project Documentation And Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works Going Beyond The Scope Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities-Annexes No. 7.1-7.3 To Swz Is Not Included In The Subject Of The Contract And Should Not Be Valued. 6. Design Documentation Or Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works May Indicate Trademarks Or Origin For Some Materials Or Devices. The Employer Allows The Offer Of Materials And Devices Equivalent To The Works Indicated In The Project Documentation Or The Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Provided That They Ensure That They Provide Parameters At Least At The Same Level As Assumed In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works And Will Not Worse In Terms Of: 1) Usable Nature (Identity Of Functions), 2) Technical Parameters (Strength, Durability), 3) Use Of Safety Parameters. 7. In Any Case, Wh
