1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Develop The General Plan Of The City And Commune Of Dobre Miasto. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The City And Commune Of Dobre Miasto In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Dobre Miasto Commune. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Making An Urban Inventory And Assessment Of The Existing State Of Development Of The City And Commune 2) Preparing An Eco-Generographic Study. 3) Substantive Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents (Required By Law, Notifications, Notifications, Advertisements And Announcements: On Proceeding To Develop A General Plan, On Joining Public Consultations Regarding The Plan Of The Plan And Others Information Necessary As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Messages Regarding The Document Developed, Opinions And Arrangements Of The Required Plan. From Arrangements, If Necessary, Repetition Of The Procedure And Preparing The Content Of Complaints Against The Provisions. 6) Preparation Of A General Plan (Text And Drawing Part) Together With The Environmental Impact Forecast. 8) Preparing An Analysis Of Submitted Comments And Applications By Natural And Legal Persons And Submitted By The Authorities And Institutions, Including The Preparation Of Proposals For Their Consideration Together With Justification, Developing A List Of Answers And A Possible Introduction Of Corrections To The Project Of The General Plan. 9) Presentation Of The Draft Plan And Participation In Public Consultations On The Solutions Adopted In The Plan, During Meetings Of The Municipal Urban And Architectural Commission (If Necessary) And Participation In Meetings With The Participation Of Councilors (Commissions Of The Commune Council, Sessions). 10). Pursuant To Art. 13 H Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development. 11) Development Of Spatial Data To The Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act (At Various Stages Of The Development Of The Plan) 12) Preparation Of Documents Regarding The Conduct Of A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including: Preparing An Environmental Impact Forecast Of The Draft Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 2 October 2008, Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Societys Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments. 13) Introducing A Correction To The Draft Plan In Connection With Obtained Opinions And Arrangements Made. 14) Participation In Meetings, Meetings In The Event Of Circumstances Justifying The Provision Of Explanations Or Reporting The Need For Such Explanations, In Particular In Agreeing And Giving Opinions On The Draft General Plan With The Units Indicated In The Provisions Law. 15) Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents Required By The Act Related To The Preparation Of A Draft Plan General (Advertisement P
