The selected service provider will create engaging visual content to highlight Kotobuss role in spreading culture, encouraging reading, and making books accessible to underserved areas across Lebanon. Objectives: Raise public awareness about the services provided by Kotobus to promote culture across Lebanon. Showcase the activities and training programs offered by Kotobus. Highlight Kotobuss role in facilitating book borrowing and delivering books to communities lacking libraries. Emphasize Kotobuss mission to foster a reading culture, support knowledge sharing, and contribute to skill development through its training programs. Target Audience: Primary Audience: Residents of the areas Kotobus visits, particularly those with limited or no access to libraries. Secondary Audience: Individuals across Lebanon who can benefit from Kotobuss cultural, educational, and reading initiatives. Kotobus Project Communication Strategy: Item Description Purpose Promotional Video Produce a professional video (up to 3 minutes) introducing Kotobuss mission, objectives, and impact. Provide an overview of the project and its goals to engage a broad audience. Event Videos (6) Create six short videos (up to 3 minutes each) covering key events, training sessions, and activities in the regions visited by Kotobus. Filming locations: Beysserieh, Rachaya Al Wadi, Semqanieh, Chekka, Debbieh, and Beit Mery. Capture and highlight Kotobuss engagement in different areas and showcase its cultural impact. Beneficiary Interviews Conduct interviews with Kotobus beneficiaries to share their experiences and perspectives. Showcase the real-life impact of Kotobus through personal testimonials. Recap Video Compile a summary video (up to 3 minutes) featuring highlights from all Kotobus visits, activities, and events. Provide a compelling visual recap of the projects key achievements. Final Event Video & Photos Capture high-quality video footage and photos of the projects final event. Document and celebrate the projects success and milestones. Kotobus Banner Design a professional and eye-catching banner (1 piece). Enhance Kotobuss visibility and branding during visits and events. Visual Designs Create 8 visuals for social media posts, banners, and promotional materials. Maintain a professional and engaging visual identity for the project.
