Additionally, The Works Include The Paintings Of Other Buildings On Site And External Works Including Site Grading And Drainage. A Pre-Bid Meeting Will Be Held On Tuesday, March 04, 2025, From 10:00 A.M. At The Location And Will Be Followed By A Joint Site Visit Conducted By Moecst. Interested Bidders Should Attend. All Costs Associated With A BidderS Attendance Will Be At The BidderS Own Expense. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security Of Ten Thousand Belize Dollars (Bzd 10,000.00). Late Bids Will Be Rejected. Qualification Requirements Include, Inter Alia: (A) An Average Annual Turnover Of Bz$5,000,000.00 Calculated As Total Certified Payments Received For Contracts And Construction Related Works Completed, Within The Best 2 Of The Last 5 Years. (The Best Two Of The Five Years (2019 To 2023) Will Be Evaluated). The Final Year May Be Internally Audited Only If The External Audit Is Not Yet Complete. (B) A Demonstrable Cash Flow Including Access To Credit Of Seven Thousand Belize Dollars (Bz $700,000.00) Of Which Bz $250,000.00 Must Be In Liquid Cash From A Commercial Bank Or Credit Union. (C) Specific Experience As Prime Contractor Or Lead In A Jv (With More Than 50% Of The Responsibility And Income Of The Jv) In At Least 3 Building Construction Contracts Within The Last 10 Years Under The Direct Supervision Of An Independent Design Engineer Or Architect. Each Cited Project Must Have A Contract Value Of At Least Bz$2,500,000.00 And Include Building Works With An Area Of At Least 8,000 Sf Of Reinforced Concrete And Masonry With Electrical And Plumbing Systems.
