The Ruhr University Bochum (Rub) Intends To Join The Microsoft Campus And School Subscription Framework Contract (Casa 2018) With The Framework Contract Number Xxx Between Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft) And The Leibniz Data Center Garching (Lrz). The Contract Is Fulfilled Via Microsoft Approved And Qualified Trading Partners. Such A Trading Partner Is Sought As Part Of This Award. The Contractual Subject Is Concluded With An Accession/Framework Agreement On The Federal Framework Contract With The Framework Contract Number Including Rent And Delivery Mandate Of Software Licenses From Microsoft From The Campus Federal Treaty. The Contractor (To) Accompanies The Accession Of The Client (Ag) To The Microsoft Campus And School Subscription Framework Contract By Concluding An Accession For Educational Solutions (Ees 2018) Including The Additional Agreement Csd [Amendment Id Ees76] For The Provision Of The Licenses In A Multi-Tenant Environment. According To The Contract, The Services Include Microsoft 365 Education A3 With Windows Desktop (Upgrade), Office 365, Exchange, Sharepoint And Identity Manager Server As Well As The Enterprise Cal Suite In The Current And Comprehensive Version. This Also Applies To New Product Versions That Are Not Yet Known. The Licensing Is Based On Cloud Licenses, But Which Allow Downgrades To The On-Premise Variants. The Licenses Are The Total Amount Of All Licenses For The Ruhr University Bochum. Deviations Up Or Down, In Particular When Changing The Needs Of The Need, Are Possible Within The Framework Of The Contractual Conditions And Permitted For The Client. Bochum Is Mainly Due To The Execution, Delivery Or Service Provision.
