Food, Beverages, Tobacco And Related Products – Tukkuelintarvikkeet. This Is A Request For Participation In The Negotiation Procedure. Servica Oy Is Competing For The Use Of Its Own Service Production In Wholesale Foods And Services Related To Their Delivery. The Product Area Of ​​Wholesale Foods Extensively Contains Products For Professional Kitchens. Servica Oy Follows The National Nutritional Quality Criteria For Food Service And The Recommendations Of The National Nutrition Advisory Committee For Food Nutritional Terms In Procurement And Cooking. The Procurement Is Not Divided Into Parts, Allowing The Tenderer To Be Able To Provide All The Products In Accordance With This Procurement Procedure. Servica Oy Is Expecting A Long, Developmental And Beneficial Cooperation For The Agreement Under This Procurement Procedure. We Expect An Active Approach To The Supplier During The Contract Period To Improve The Ordering Chain Process And Selection Management (Including Process Automation, System Integrations), And To Improve Cost Efficiency In Cooperation With Servica Oy. We Also Expect A Long -Term Cooperation From The Supplier To Reduce The Environmental Impact Of The Food Chain And To Safeguard The Well -Being Of Farm Animals. The Preliminary Procurement Products And Volumes Of The Contracting Entity Are Shown In Annex 1. The Absolute Minimum Requirements For This Procurement Are Described In Annex 3. The Minimum Minimum Requirements Cannot Be Negotiated During The Procurement Procedure, But Can Be Clarified. The Product System And Their Quantities, As Well As Other Requirements And Conditions Of The Invitation To Tender, May Be Clarified As The Procurement Procedure Progresses. In Purchasing, The Benchmark Is The Cheapest Price. The Estimated Start Time Of The Contracts Is 1.9.2025 And The Contract Is Made For An Indefinite Period. The Estimated Total Value Of The Acquisition Of € 28,000,000 In Vat Has Been Calculated For Four (4) Years. The Actual Quantities Of Products Obtained During The Contract Period May Differ From The Amounts Presented. Servica Oy Cannot Commit To The Amount Of Procurement Proposed, But Should Be Understood As Information To Make The Offer And Pricing And Pricing Check Procedure. Servica Oys Delivery Sites Are Described In Annex 2 Of This Request For Participation, Other Possible Delivery Points Will Be Specified During The Negotiations. The Buyer Reserves The Right To Increase The Delivery Points To The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract With This Tendering Tenderer. We Also Expect Flexibility And Supplies From Our Supplier To The Delivery Points Defined Later During The Contract Period
