Brief Description of the Services: The Scope of Service under this contract covers the comprehensive pest control services based on Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program covering all common areas (public realm) and facilities managed by LREDC. The service includes a planned, reactive and emergency pest control services having a detailed frequency program for targeted pest, such as. crawling insects, flying insects, rodent (rats and mice), scorpion and snakes, removal of stray animals (dogs and cats) and removal of bird nests. Tender Bond Value: QAR 100,000 (valid for 150 days from Tender Closing Date) in the form of a Bank Guarantee (Cash Payment or Cheque not acceptable) A payment of non-refundable tender fee in the amount of Two Thousand Qatari Rivals (OAR 2,000) to be deposited/TT into Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Co..
