Tenders are invited for Supply and Install Biogas units and Training in ANB/Bzaibiz. II. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THIS ITB: This ITB is launched for the purpose of establishing a contract for Supply and Install Biogas units and Training in ANB/ Bzaibiz. This tender is one LOT only which is Supply and Install Biogas units and Training in ANB/ Bzaibiz as the BOQ attached Annex A. The delivery time of the supply shall be within 110 calendar days from signing the contract date. DRC may terminate the contract or impose other penalties if supplier fails to deliver items within this period, penalty calculation: contract value/contract implementation period) x 21% for every day of the delay period. The SUPPLIER warrants that all works performed under this contract will, at the time of acceptance, be free from defects in workmanship and conform to the requirements of this contract. All supplies shall be delivered as per DDP INCOTERMS 2020 to Anbar Governorate. No advance payment will be paid to the awarded supplier. The awarded supplier is expected to mobilize its own resources to deliver the agreed material. 100% payment will be released after 100% completion of delivery and works. Technical criteria The offered specifications must meet DRC required specifications. as stipulated in Annex A.1 - Technical Bid Form. The bidder agrees on the additional comments. (Yes/No): The supplier must deliver the full package of this contract including all specific requirements mentioned above, the quantity of required items, training of trainers (ToT) and user training, this includes assisting with initial feeding of the digester, ensuring consistent biogas generation within 10-15 days of the system established. all within 110 days contract duration and must ensure an additional 30-day duration beyond the contract as a warranty period to provide any technical and maintenance support to the established biogas systems once needed. The delivery date offered should not pass 110 calendar days from the contract signing date. Provide at least one reference for one client for similar work and supplies within the last 7 years preferably with INGOs, UN agencies, the privet sector, government.
