The Framework Agreement Also Ceases Without Further Notice When The Financial Framework Is Exhausted. Regardless Of The Cessation Of The Framework Agreement, The Supplier Is Still Obliged To Fulfill Orders Received Within The Term Of The Framework Agreement, But With Delivery Time After The End Of The Framework Agreement. Tmf Can Extend The Frame Agreement By 2 X 12 Months. If Tmf Wishes To Extend The Framework Agreement, Tmf Must Notify The Supplier In Writing Of This At Least 3 Months Before The End Of The Framework Agreement (Before Any Extension). It Will Only Be Tmfs Decision On The Framework Agreement Is To Be Extended.
