This Contract Fixes The Technical And Commercial Conditions For The Geotechnical Study Campaigns And For The Study Of Characterization Of Inert Waste To Be Carried Out Within The Framework Of The Modernization Of The Freight Sector (Sorting) At Bettembourg Station: 1) The Campaign Of The Campaign Of Geotechnical Studies Must Provide The Characteristic Values Of The Soil, Necessary For Studies Of Arrangements For New Infrastructures To Be Carried Out As Well As The Nature And Characteristic Of Foundation Soils. This Contract Includes The Following Operations: Establishment Of Inventory Of The Land On Which Work Is Provided; - In Situ Tests: - Recognition Boreholes And Sampling Of Samples From Soils Or Works; - Persssiometric Tests; - Phicometric Tests; - Measurement Of Pieziometric Levels; - Diagraphies (Gammagraphy: Cavity Detection); - Inclinometric Measurements; - Permeability Tests; - Essays Of Dynamic Penetrations; - Tests At The Dn 600 Plate; - Laboratory Tests: - Triaxial Tests; - Granulometric Tests; - Compressibility Tests (Eodometric); - Anterberg Limit; - Determination Of Characteristic Volume Weights; - Determination Of The Water Content; - Proctor Tests; - Tests To Determine Sensitivity To The Swelling Of The Soil; 2) Study Of Characterization Of Inert Waste: The Study Of Characterization Of Inert Waste Of The Site Generated Includes The D3 Skills Areas (Expertise On Internal Waste Management Measures); E4 (Impact Studies In The Field Of Water Protection And Management) And E5 (Impact Studies In The Field Of Soil Protection, Basement And/Or Groundwater). The Work Includes: Caroted Drilling Work With Sample Of Soil Samples; Physico-Chemical Analyzes And Leachate Analyzes By An Approved Laboratory Of The Soil Samples Taken; 3) Drafting Of Study Reports. Note: Only May Be Responsible For The Mission Of This Framework Contract An Organization With Approval In The Fields Of Competence D3, E4 And E5 Issued By The Ministry Of The Environment Under The Provisions Of The Law Of 21.4.1993 Relating To The Approval Of Private Or Public Natural Or Public Persons, Other Than The State For The Accomplishment Of Technical Tasks Of Study And Verification In The Field Of The Environment.
