The EU Delegation, is looking for a property, located in Vientiane to serve as official Residence for the EU Ambassador. The preferred main characteristics of the property are specified below: Location Sisattanak district (preferably 1 km inland from the Mekong river); Saysettha district; Chanthabouly district) Size interior usable surface[1] of max. 600m² (excluding exterior surfaces (balconies, terraces, etc.), underground areas without natural light, technical rooms, guard houses and garages) Providing separated areas for: o representational activities (for at least 14 guests for seated dinner events and 50 guests for standing events) and o private use (minimum 4 bedrooms (ideally 5), family room, access to kitchen) Its location should be easily accessible and consistent with the needs of representation and visibility of an important diplomatic mission.
