I. The Main Design Assumptions Of The Task Aim To Adapt Two School Rooms To A Gastronomic Didactic Workshop. The Total Area For Adaptation Is About 95 M2. The Task Of The Task Includes The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works In Two Rooms With Areas Of 72 M2 And 23 M2 And In Accompanying Rooms. The Design Includes The Equipment Of The Studio Of Existing Didactic Rooms With Catering Equipment And Necessary Technical Installations: - Water - Sewage, - Co Installation, - Ventilation Installation, - Electrical Installation. The Main Part Of The Studio Is Created By A Room With Dimensions Of 13X5.6 M. It Will Find Places Of Educational Stations Equipped With Cooking Stoves, Ovens, Airflow And Exhaust Hoods As Well As Convection Stoves, Sinks, Sinks , Washbasins And Preparatory Tops, On Which There Will Be Movable Equipment Such As Blenders Or Mixers. Pursuant To The Design Documentation, The Studio Will Consist Of:- Didactic Room,- Egg Disinfection Annex,- Vegetable Pre-Machining Annex,- Separate Washable Room,- The Main Technology Laboratory With Central Work Positions. The Launch Provides For The Separation Of Installation Leaf With Dimensions Of 165X60 Cm, Through The 3 Floors Of The Building Through Which The Installation Will Be Managed To The Ventilation Unit. In The Technical Room In Which The Ventilation Unit Will Be Placed, The Wall Holes Should Be Secured With Ppps According To The Design Documentation. Before Making The Hole, The Research Should Be Confirmed Regarding The Technology Of Making The Structural Part Of The Ceiling. In The Technical Room The Wall Should Be Sealed Into The Required Ei Class. The Existing Door To The Room Should Be Removed, And The Hole Should Be Widen, Crowned With A System Lintel And Insert A New Door. The Existing Installation Of Ventilation And Sewage System Should Be Removed Above The Roof In Accordance With The Design Documentation. On The Last Floor Of The Building. The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Replacement Of The Floor In Two Rooms And On The Section Of The School Corridor, Along With The Painting Of The Walls And The Application Of Structural Plaster.
