4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Modernization Of The Existing Lighting In The Szastarka Commune, By Replacing Non -Energy -Saving Luminaires With New Luminaires. 4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 4.2.1. Design Works, Which Consist Of The Following Parts: 1) Pre -Project Work, Made To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Through, Among Others: A) Inspection In All Street Lighting Fittings And Determining The Scope Of Necessary Installation Works; B) Developing Selection Assumptions Of The Capacity Of Fixtures Based On The Location Of Street Lighting Fittings And Preliminary Technical Calculations Made By The Contractor; C) Checking The Technical And Technological Assumptions Contained In The Opz And The General Assumptions Of The Task; 2) Preparation Of Project - Executive Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Project Documentation Along With Its Agreement And Approval By The Ordering Party. The Design Documentation Will Be Made In 3 Copies And Will Contain The Following Elements: - Descriptive Part, - Drawing Part: Situational Plan - Pzt On The Map For Opinion -Based Purposes, Drawings, Schemes, Etc., - Obtaining A Map For Opinion -Based Purposes, - Information About Health Safety And Protection, - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, - All Necessary Arrangements And Permits; Including Agreeing With The Energy Network Gestor In The Field Of Dismantling And Assembly Of Lighting Fixtures On The Assets Of The Network Gestor,-Notification Of Construction Works-Issued For The Contracting Authority (If Required),-Issues And Cost Estimates, Material And Financial Schedule-Photometric Calculations,-As-Built Documentation. 4.2 .2. Construction Works, Including: 1) Making The Necessary Reports And Obtaining Necessary Consents And Publications, Required By The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Other Applicable Legal Acts; 2) Disassembly Of Existing Luminaires And Booms Provided For Modernization/Replacement And Transfer Them To The Gmi Office -Ne/Network Gesture In Accordance With The Findings And Technical Documentation. Complete Luminaires Along With Booms Owned By The Commune Office Should Be Delivered To The Designated Place Indicated By The Office; Or Make Them Utilized At Own Expense; 3) Replacement Of Existing Street Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Saving Led Type-672 Items With The Necessary Equipment; 4) Replacement Of Existing Park Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Saving Led-25 Pcs. With The Necessary Equipment; 5) Replacement To The Task Of The Task; 6) Performing Other Necessary Works Related To Laying Cables, Devices, Electrical Installation Necessary To Operate And Correctly Work The Installation; 7) Conducting The Required Tests And Tests, Along With Obtaining The Acceptance Of Works And Preparation Of Documents Related To Reward -Innovation Of Facilities For Use; 8) Correct Launch Of The Entire Installation And Performing The
