The Concept Of Providing Mobile And Mobile Internet Services Should Be Understood: A) Providing Mobile Voice Communication Services, Sms And Mms Text Communications, B) Providing Mobile Internet Access Services In Lte And 5G Technology With Bilateral Data Transmission, C) Delivery Of Inactive Cards Sim And Configuring And Activating Them In The Contractors Network After Delivery To The Location Indicated By The Employer, D) Delivery Of Factory New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects Mobile Mobile Telephony Apparatus And Modems In Accordance With The Detailed Specification Of The Contracting Authority. 3. Telecommunications Services Rendered Are To Be Provided: A) Transferring Currently Used Telephone Numbers On Terms In Accordance With The Act Of 16.07.2004 - Telecommunications Law, Hereinafter Referred To As Telecommunications Law, B) Behavior For Voice And Online Activation Of The Previously Used Numbers, C) Activation Sim Cards For New Numbers, D) Voice Connectivity, Sms And Mms Text And Mobile Internet Access, E) Other Services, Specified In Detail In The Descriptions Of Individual Tariffs. 4. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Oblige, Among Others To: A) Behaviors Of 459, Phone Numbers That Currently Have Units Of The Contracting Authority, Indicated In Annex 4 To Swz - Number Of Numbers And Tariffs) Transfer To The Contractors Expense To Their Own Network From The Day Of Activation Of Services And The Provision Of Mobile Telephony And Wireless Internet Services For These Numbers (According To The Schedule), C) Providing 38 New Sim Cards With New Phone Numbers, Activating Services And Providing Mobile And Wireless Internet Services For These Numbers (In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Schedule), D) Provision Of Factory New Telephone Cameras In The Number Of 300 Pcs. Along With A Fully Compatible, Factory-New Equipment, E) Providing Factory New Modems-Wireless Modeters Lte In The Number Of 8 Pcs. With Fully Compatible, Factory-Compatible New Equipment. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Transfer Of Individual, Currently Owned User Numbers To The Operators Network Selected In The Proceedings, After Completing The Existing Main Contract And The Expiry Of The Obligations Resulting From It, With The Proviso That The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform All Technical And Formal Activities, Aimed At Successful Takeover Numbering And Starting The Provision Of Telecommunications Services At The Required Time Indicated In Annex 4 To Swz - Schedule Of Numbers And Tariffs, While Still Undergoing Contracts. 6. The Telephone Numbers Of The Ordering Party Will Remain Unchanged And Will Be Transferred To The Contractors Network After The Expiry Of The Contract For The Provision Of Services With The Current Operator, Without Interruptions In The Supply Of Services.
