1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Laboratory Equipment As Part Of Laboratories Equipment At The Eco -Innovation Center Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology. 2. The Order Includes: The Supply Of Equipment And Bringing To The Rooms Indicated In The Contract In The Eco -Invision Center Building (Building No. 19) On The Campus Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology, Ul. Gabriela Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, As Well As Installation Of Equipment And All Necessary Connections To Existing Installations In The Building As Well As Training Of Employees Of The Ordering Equipment From Equipment Service And In The Field Of Health And Safety And In The Field Of Health And Safety And/P/Item 3 The Implementation Was Specified In Annex 5 To Swz- Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Offered Equipment In The Offer, Characterizing It By Indicating: The Manufacturer And The Model Or Catalog Number Or Name Or Other Information Clearly Identifying The Offered Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Factory New, Derived From Current Production, Free From All Defects And Damage, Without Prior Operation And Cannot Be The Subject Of Third Parties, And The Services Should Be Made With Due Diligence. 6. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Ready To Work For Its Intended Purpose, Without Additional Investment Purchases On The Part Of The Employer. 7. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Be A Guarantee For The Offered Subject Of The Contract In The Dimension Of At Least Min. 24 Months. 8. Imported By The Ordering Party, The Maximum Delivery Date Of The Subject Of The Contract: Up To 8 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Report Without Reservations.
