The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In Thermomodernization Of The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Polichno As Part Of The Project Entitled Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Polichna. 4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: - Demolition Work, - Insulation Of External Walls, - Ceiling Insulation, - Central Heating Installations, - Air Conditioning Installation, - Photovoltaic Installations, - Lightning Protection System, - Heat Pump And Air Conditioning Pump Supply Installations, - Replacement Of Lighting Luminaires On The Ground Floor And Floor. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Project Documentation, Including: Technical Projects, 2) Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Next To The Works. Nothing That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Flat -Rate Nature, The Contractor Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4.1) And Stwirib.
