The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Preparing The General Plan Of The Łącko Commune. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Material Scope: 2. Development Of The General Plan Of The Łącko Commune In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular With:- The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) And The Act Of 7 July 2023 R. Amending The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Some Other Acts (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1688) Together With Executive Acts To These Acts;- Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Access To Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended); 3. Preparation Of An Environmental Impact In Accordance With The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) And The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments ”Of October 3, 2008 (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended), As Well As In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Laws And Regulations Separate Related To The Subject Of The Contract And: Spatial Planning And Development, Environmental Protection, Nature, Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Forest And Agricultural Land, Revitalization, Etc. And Protection Of Personal Data. 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Stages From I To V, Which Were Described In Detail In Annex 7 To Swz.5. The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Para. 1 And All Requirements Relating To The Main Elements That Make Up The Subject Of The Contract Were Specified In Detail In Annex 7 To Swz.
