1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Draw Up A General Plan Of The City And Commune Of Mordy Within Administrative Boundaries - Hereinafter Referred To As The General Plan With A Justification Consisting Of A Text And Graphic Part Together With The Entire Planning Procedure. 2. The General Plan Being The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Legal Acts, Including In Particular: 1) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) , Hereinafter Referred To As The Ppa, 2) By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023, On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Discharge And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023 , Item, Item 3) By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, The Participation Of Society In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item . (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54, As Amended), 6) By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 24 October 2023 On Spatial Data Collections And Metadata In The Field Of Spatial Development (Dz. U. Of 2020, Item 1916, As Amended), 7) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Rulings Regarding Spatial Development, 8) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Are Referred To The Subject Of The Contract, Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads 3. Under The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Following: 1) To Draw Up A General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13G, 13H, 13I, 13J, 13K, 13M, Which Entered Into Force On September 24, 2023, As Well As Executive Provisions To This Act, Including: A) Substantive Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents (Required By Law, Notifications, Announcements And Announcements: On Joining The General Plan, About The Accession To Public Consultations On The General Plan Of The General Plan, Messages Regarding The Development Of A General Plan Draft, Statements Of Opinion And Arrangements) And Cooperation When Conducting The Procedure And Documentation Of Planning Works, B) Preparation Of Materials And Letters In Order To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban And Architectonic Commission, According To The Distribution Indicated By The Contractor, C) Introducing Any Changes Resulting From Arrangements, Repetition Of The Procedure To The Necessary Extent, If It Is Necessary, If Necessary, The Preparation Of The Content Of Complaints Against The Provisions, D) Physical Participation In: Open Meetings, Expert Panels Or Workshops, Out
