Tenders are invited for Supply of Ramadan Food Parcels in Duhok, and Mosul. Essential criteria: The lead time of the delivery period must not exceed 10 calendar days. Agree to the technical conditions. All pages should be signed and stamped. Supplier will provide brand names and country of origin of each item. Brands of EU or Turkish origin are accepted, while brands from China/Iran or other countries will be evaluated for acceptance. Past Contracts: A copy of the contract must be attached as part of the technical proposal according to the following conditions: 1- The contract must be signed and stamped by both parties, and the subject of the contract/contracts must be exclusively related to the Supplying subject purchase only. 2- The total amount of the contract must be clearly mentioned the total value in the contract (the bill of quantities is not sufficient on its own). 3- All purchase orders must be attached to the previous contract for long long-term/framework agreement. 4- Previous contracts must be exclusively with INGO/NGO. 5- All previous contracts from INGO/NGO will be verified before contracting with the provider.
