(b) As per standard of ISO 13485:2016. (c) Two years Warranty/Guarantee required. (d) Store on receipt will be accepted after inspection by EME staff of PAC Hospital (e) Store must be latest production series (factory new). (f) Packing of the store should be adequately done with absolute resistant material so as to avoid from any damage during transportation. (g) Item will be accepted in accordance with standard specifications provided in the indent at consignee premises subject to acceptance by user and EME staff of hospital. (h) TO brochure & Technical manuals are needed to be provided by the supplier (j) Training on operation, maintenance and calibration of machine at PAC premises must be provided free of cost in warranty period i.e. 02 years as per Requirements / Technical manual of the EME. (k) Free of cost installation & commissioning at PAC Hospital by the supplier. (I) At least ten years after sale spare supportability is to be provided (m) OEM conformance and quality assurance certificate is required. (n) The repair / sales centre of the machine should be available at Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Peshawar or Attock (p) Country of origin and manufacturer certification FDA.
