Tenders are invited for Installation of OFAO Quick Book Financial Software. The primary objective of this consultant is to install, customize, and provide training to OFAO staff on QuickBooks software to suit the operational and financial needs the organization. Installation and configuration of QuickBooks software. Customization of the software to align with OFAOs chart of accounts, financial reporting, and donor requirements. Migration of historical financial data into QuickBooks while maintaining CACH project funded SAPI financial data. Training of staff on the use of QuickBooks. Development of user manuals and technical support guidelines The consultant or Services provider will perform their following tasks. The consultant/service provider is expected to deliver: A fully installed and operational QuickBooks system tailored to OFAOs needs. Customized chart of accounts and reporting templates. Migrated financial data with verification reports. Training session reports and attendance lists. User manuals and support guidelines Technical support plan for the agreed post-implementation period. The assignment is expected to take one month (Feb 2025) from the date of contract signing The consultant/service provider should meet the following criteria: Proven experience in QuickBooks installation, customization, and training. Familiarity with financial management for NGOs and donor-funded organizations. Strong background in accounting and financial systems. Excellent communication and training skills. The consultant will report to the Finance/Admin officer, and progress updates will be shared on a weekly basis.
