Request for proposals are invited for Supply of Fuel in All Districs under Mudug Rgion Puntland. Clarification of Bidding Document 3.1 A prospective tenderer making an inquiry relating to the tender document may notify WVS in writing at ([email protected] ). WVS will only respond to requests for clarification received no later than (19.2.2025). Copies of WVS response will be forwarded to all tenderers, including a description of the inquiry, but without identifying its source. 4. Submission of Tenders 4.1 Completed tender documents (Mandatory Requirement, Technical Requirement and Financial Requirement) in sealed envelope clearly marked with the Lot Number bided for and the title Fuel supply in the respective location must be deposited in the tender box located at WVS Garowe office or WVS Galkacyo North Office located UNHCR compound (Haawa Adan Compound (World Vision Warehouse-Galkayo)_Israac Ex Kantarolka Bari 4.2 before the deadline date and time (24.01.2025), and recorded in the log book. 4.3 The Tender Opening Committee will be convened promptly, on (25.02.2025) at 9:00 Am to open the bids. 4.4 Formal bids being submitted must be on formal company letters, duly signed and stamped, must indicate the Full Company Name, Physical Address, Contact Telephone Number/contact Email address, Directors Names, addresses and their telephone numbers. 4.5 Any tender received after the deadline will be rejected. 5. Evaluation Award Criteria All bidders will be evaluated against the following criteria: 5.1 Mandatory Requirement: Provide a certified copy of a certificate of business registration (license) Provide a certified copy of tax registration (from ministry of finance) Attach last six months bank statements-Signed by the issuing Bank.
