1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Of Reconstruction Of The Culvert In Tłoczych, Journal Of Laws No. 287. 2. The Road Culvert Is Located On The Plot With Registration Number 287 Along The Municipal Road In Tłomki. 3. The Reconstruction Of The Existing Culvert Includes, Among Others The Demolition Of Existing Concrete Pipes, Which Under The Load And Operation Of The Forces Of Nature Lost Its Linearity, Moved Towards Neighboring Pipes. In Place Of Demolished Concrete, Pe Pipes With An Internal Diameter Of 0.8 M Will Be Built. The Culvert Length 10.0 M.4 Will Be. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works, 2) Earthworks For The Designed Culvert And Frontal Walls Of The Culvert, 3) Building A Pipe With An Internal Diameter Of 0.8M, 4) Making Front Walls At The Inlet And Culvert Outlet, 5 ) Order And Finishing Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 3 To Swz.5. Requirements For The Subject Of The Contract: 5.1. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Supervise The Implementation Of The Works To Have A Construction Manager. 5.2. The Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works - A Minimum Of 24 Months (The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers In Accordance With Point 17). 5.3. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply All The Requirements Specified In The Provisions On Environmental Protection. 5.4. Work Should Be Carried Out With Health And Safety Regulations 5.5. All Material Necessary To Perform The Contract Must Correspond As To The Quality Of The Requirements Of Products Approved And Use In Construction, And Have Current Approvals Or Declarations Of Compliance With Technical Approval. 5.6.
