The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Construction Of Small Architecture Facilities (E.G. Gazebos, Benches, Tables, Garbage Bins, Information Boards, Health Path), Construction Of Pedestrian Alleys, Parking Spaces, Lighting And Monitoring, Construction Of Plant Plantings And Lawn. The Detailed Scope Of The Work Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Opz (In The Project Documentation) - Annex 8 To Swz. The Contractor Provides Experienced And Qualified Persons Capable Of Conducting All Entrusted Tasks, In Accordance With Applicable Law And With The Provisions Of Relevant Decisions Taken By The Investor. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Works With Due Diligence And In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Laws, The Principles Of Contemporary Technical Knowledge And Arrangements Made During The Implementation Of The Investment In Question. In The Scope Of The Implementation Of Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Safe Conditions Of Road, Wheeled And Pedestrian Traffic In The Area Of Works And To Organize And Develop The Area After Completion Of Construction Works. It Is Required For The Contractor To Establish His Representative At The Construction Site, Who Will Supervise And Coordinate All The Work. The Costs Of Remuneration For The Contractors Representative Are On The Contractors Side. It Is Required For The Contractor To Provide Geodetic Service. The Geodetic Designation Of The Facility In The Field Is Required Before Construction And Drawing Up A Geodetic Inventory Of The As -Built Facilities On The Ground. The Costs Of Making Geodetic Documentation Should Be Calculated In The Price Of The Offer. Required Warranty Period: Minimum 3 Years For All Works Counted From The Day After The Final Reception. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Warranty Period And Warranty Will Be Equal.
