Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of A Draft General Plan Of The Bystra-Sidzina Commune

The Subject Of The Contract Is To Draw Up A Draft General Plan Of The Bystra-Sidzina Commune Together With All Studies That Are Necessary In The Procedure For Creating A General Plan, I.E. In Particular: • A General Plan Of The General Plan, Preceded By The Development Of Necessary Analyzes, Forecasts And Balance Sheets Referred To In The Act With The Act With The Act On March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development, And Their Results Should Be Presented In The Form Of A Separate Document; • The Justification Referred To In Art. 13H Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, Consisting Of A Text And Graphic Part; • Spatial Data Regarding The General Plan, Including Documenting The Method Of Determining The Building Supplementation Area; • Environmental Impact Forecasts Of The General Plan That Meets The Requirements Set Out In The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments. The General Plan Of The Bystra-Sidzina Commune Is Prepared For The Area Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Bystra-Sidzina Commune, While Maintaining The Requirements And Procedure Specified In The Act Of 27 March 2003, On Planning And Spatial Development Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Regarding The Method Of Preparing The Draft General Plan Of The Commune And Other Executive Provisions Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Employer During The Implementation Of The Contract And The Current Court Rulings Regarding Spatial Development.
