The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Multi-Branch Project And Cost Documentation For The Construction Of A Sports Hall At Zsoio In Pruszcz Gdański, On Plot No. 22/10 Precinct 7 In Pruszcz Gdański And Technical Infrastructure, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit. The Purpose Of The Ordering Party Is To Obtain Complete Design Documentation Necessary For The Purposes Of Preparation, Initiation And Granting Of A Public Contract By The Ordering Party For The Implementation Of Construction Works, For The Equipment Of The Object For The Investment Intention And Providing The Employer With Formal And Legal Conditions To The Contracting Authority To Comply With The Provisions Of The Law Of Starting And Conducting The Abovementioned Construction Works And Commissioning Of The Object In Question. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Draw Up Design Documentation In A Specialty: Architectural, Construction And Construction, Sanitary, Electricity, Teletechnical And Road. Design Documentation (Including Bills And Cost Estimates) Should Also Include All Elements Of Building Equipment And Land Development.
