The Center For The Management Of The Territorial Public Service Of Savoy, Represented By Its President, Proceeds To This Public Market With A View To Taking Out Dassuring Contracts, With Optional Subscription And Membership, Guaranteeing The Financial Risks Linked To The Statutory Obligations Of Local Authorities And Public Establishments Of The Department Whose Management Center Itself In Application Of Larticle 26 Of Law N ° 84-53 Of January 26, 1984 And Of The General Code Of The Public Service Bearing Statutory Provisions Relating To The Territorial Public Service Or Previous Texts The Code And Not Yet Codified And Of Decree N ° 86-552 Of March 14, 1986. Ladhesion To These Contracts Is Offered To Local Authorities And Public Establishments Affiliated Or Not At The Management Center. The Group Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of Four (4) Years
