Tenders are invited for Consultancy to Conduct Specific Capacity Needs Assesment to Identify Gaps Scope of Work The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Conduct a desk review of existing reports, policies, and relevant documents on CDCs and DRMCs. 2. Design appropriate assessment tools and methodologies, including surveys, focus group discussions, and key informant interviews. 3. Assess the current capacities, strengths, weaknesses, and challenges faced by CDCs and DRMCs in the three Bomas. 4. Evaluate the level of knowledge, skills, and resources available to the committees for effective community engagement and disaster risk management. 5. Identify training and capacity-building needs of the CDCs/DRMCs. 6. Develop practical recommendations to enhance the functionality of CDCs and DRMCs. 7. Draft assessment report with key findings and recommendation 8. Submit a final capacity assessment report incorporating feedback from stakeholders. 9.
