Request for Expression of Interest For Innovation & Entrepreneurship Specialist The consulting services (“the Services”) include the expertise of an Innovation & Entrepreneurship Specialist, in accordance with the Loan Agreement and World Bank Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers to support the implementation of Sub-Component 2.3 of the project, which focuses on enabling the innovation ecosystem and sponsoring collaborative innovations.
