1. Task Modernization Of Lighting In Orlików And The Culture, Sport And Recreation Park In Olsztynek Is Provided For Co -Financing From The Polish Fund Program Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program, Hereinafter Referred To As The Program, In Accordance With The Preliminary Promise No. Edit 9Rp/2023/1270/Polskilad And Resolution No. 84/2021 Of The Council Of Ministers Of July 1, 2021 On The Establishment Of The Polish Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program (Along With Changes). 2. The Employer Reserves That The Rules For The Payment Of The Contractors Remuneration Adopted In This Contract Are In Line With The Rules Of Payment Of Co -Financing Indicated In The Initial Promise And The Program Referred To In Paragraph 5.1. 3. The Contract Will Be Concluded With The Selected Contractor Not Earlier Than After The Contracting Authority Receives A Promise From The Program Referred To In Para. 4. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Modernization Of Lighting In Two Orlik Fields Located At Primary Schools In Olsztynek And In The Culture, Sport And Recreation Park In Olsztynek. The Owner Of These Lighting Networks Is The Commune Of Olsztynka. Current Lighting Is Non -Energy Saving - Halogen And Sodium Luminaires. Some Luminaires Are Damaged, Which Hinders The Use Of Sports Facilities By Children And Young People In The Evening. The Purpose Of The Investment Is To Improve Energy Efficiency By Reducing The Energy Consumption Of Lighting, By Reducing The Power Of Lighting By At Least 50% And Reduced Costs Associated With The Purchase Of Electricity. In Connection With The Above, We Plan To Replace Old Luminaires With New Energy -Saving Led Type, Which Will Guarantee The Possibility Of Remote Control Without Additional Modification Of The Binding And At The Same Time Have A Total Of Enec, Enec+, Zd4i Certificates. The Implementation Of The Task Will Positively Affect The Protection Of The Environment, Reduce The Carbon Trace And Will Also Allow The Continuation Of Sports Passions Carried Out By Children And Young People Also In The Evening (After Dusk). 5. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Replacement Of Existing Old Type Street Lighting Fixtures With New Led Fixtures In The Amount Of 74 Pcs.
