Wykonawca, Zgodnie Z Zasadami Wiedzy Urbanistycznej, Należytą Starannością Oraz Zachowaniem Obowiązujących Przepisów, Zobowiązuje Się Do:1)Przygotowania Merytorycznego Dokumentów Formalno-Prawnych Wymaganych Ustawowo Pism, Zawiadomień, Ogłoszeń I Obwieszczeń: O Przystąpieniu Do Opracowania Planu, O Przystąpieniu Do Konsultacji Społecznych Nad Projektem Planu I Innych Niezbędnych W Ramach Przedmiotu Zamówienia, Komunikatów Dotyczących Opracowań Projektu Planu, Zestawień Opinii I Uzgodnień, Sporządzenia Zestawienia Wniosków Złożonych Do Planu W Celu Jego Opublikowania W Bip Oraz Współpracy Przy Prowadzeniu Procedury Oraz Dokumentacji Prac Planistycznych; 2)Przygotowania Materiałów I Pism W Celu Uzyskania Opinii I Uzgodnień, Według Rozdzielnika Wskazanego Przez Wykonawcę Z Uwzględnieniem Gminnej Komisji Urbanistyczno-Architektonicznej; 3) Introducing Any Changes Resulting From Arrangements, Repetition Of The Procedure To The Necessary Extent, If Necessary, If Necessary, To Prepare The Content Of Complaints Against The Provisions; 4) Physical Participation In: Meetings, Preparation Of Surveys, Collecting Comments Related To The Solutions Adopted In The Draft Plan As Part Of Conducted Public Consultations, Including Explaining To Interested Persons (Written Or Oral); 5) Preparation (In Consultation With The Employer) Documents, Letters, Surveys, Advertisements, Announcements, Notifications And Others In The Plan To Draw Up, Including In The Public Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K
