This Is Not A Prior Notice, A Contract Notice Or A Request For Tenders, But About Launching A Notification Market Dialogue As Part Of The Planning Planning. The West-Uusimaa Welfare Area Is Planning A Tendering For The Procurement To Renew The Commitment Process By Means Of A Commitment Card Or An Electronic Solution. The Purpose Of This Request Is To Consult The Ready -Made Solutions For Service Providers On The Market. Based On The Responses To The Request For Information, The Welfare Area Is Planning To Organize Market Dialogues At The End Of February / March 2025. What Is The Commitment? With The Commitment, The Welfare Area Undertakes To Pay The Customer The Cost Or Part Of The Service Of A Particular Product Or Service. The Recipient Of The Commitment (Supplier Or Service Provider) Is Billed By The Welfare Area. The Commitment Shall Indicate Its Intended Use, Amount, Validity, And Personal Identifiers Of The Commitment Client (Name And Personal Identification Number). The Commitment Is Usually Not Tied To A Specific Supplier. The Commitment Will Not Be Refunded And The Payment Shall Not Be Exceeded Unless The Person Paying The Excess Of The Goods To The Supplier Or The Service Provider.
